Guru Prasad Makam is one of the founder members of the firm. He is the managing partner and he also heads the Management Consulting Team. He was a member of the Auditing Standards board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has authored 3 Technical Guides on how to perform an internal audit for different industries,which is published by the ICAI. He has authored over 100 short stories on professional learning, which has been published in magazines circulated to over 65 countries. A Chartered Accountant and an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore after Advanced Management Program. He heads the strategic management of the firm.
