CA R. Sridhar qualified in 1987, commenced practice in Trivandrum. Later in 1988 he established a firm of Chartered Accountants with its head quarters at Thiruvananthapuram under the name and style of Sri Narayan Associates. In 2004. The name of the firm was changed to Sridhar & Co. Commenced with two partners; the firm is presently having eight partners, three full time Chartered Accountants and one Company Secretary and extended its area of operations to Kochi as well as Chennai. We aim at assuring quality services to our clients in a professional and ethical manner and to grow further through the growth of our clients.
R. Sridhar is the founder of the firm. He is the Managing Partner of the firm and heads the Management Consultancy wing. He has also qualified Intermediate of Cost and Works Accountancy and did course of Diploma in Public Relations & Advertising, Labour Laws and Administrative Laws. He is actively involved in the Trivandrum branch of ICAI and held all the positions in the management committee including the Chairmanship. He is a regular, speaker in seminars conducted by Trivandrum branch of ICAI and other professional bodies in Trivandrum and is a Guest faculty of various professional institutions.
He has been in active practice since then and is heading the Taxation wing. With his vast experience he earned reputation in the matter of representation before Income Tax department. Srinivasan has expertise in Project Preparation, Real Estate Accounting, Bank Audit and Tax Audit.
She joined the firm immediately on qualification and became partner in 1997. She was the youngest chartered Accountant who came through the Foundation route scoring 43rd Rank and clearing Inter and Final in First attempt. She is in active practice since then and has expertise in Corporate Law matters, Corporate Audit and Information System design and audit. She has qualified in the certificate course on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) conducted by ICAI.
Sripriya qualified and became partner in 2000. She is also a qualified Cost and Works Accountant enrolled with Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Sripriya has expertise in Corporate Accounting, Tax Audit and Audit of SMEs.
P. Unnikrishnan is a senior member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in 1962, with rich experience. After his long international and national level services, he joined the firm in 2003. He worked in various positions like Finance Controller, member of various international Corporate Director Boards, Team leader/ Consultant for major assignments of World Bank and partner of International firm of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Unni is an expert in Management Consultancy.
S. Unnikrishnan qualified in 2006 and joined the firm immediately on qualification as partner. He has expertise in Service Tax matters and Internal Audit. Unni has vast experience and extensive knowledge in Audit matters and Information System. He is in charge of our Kochi Branch.
T. V. Sukumar qualified CA in 1975. After a long service with Corporation Bank, he joined us in 2010 and is associated with our Chennai Branch. He holds CAIIB of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Mumbai. He has rich experience and exposure of over 35 years in banking and is specialized in Foreign Exchange dealing, Forex Credit, management of NPAs and Internal Audit. He is in active professional practice since April 2009.
Mythili Krishnan qualified in 1995 with good academic track records. She stood 4th at all India level and 1st in Southern Region in C.A. Inter examination and qualified final in first attempt. Mythili joined the firm in 2010 after about 9 years industrial experience. She started active professional practice since June 2008 and has rich experience in accounting and finance functions. She is in charge of our Chennai branch.
